    Lately, I have been getting more and more interested in meditation because I feel the need to relax more deeply. I have several mp3s of waves on a beach and rain in a tropical rainforest.     This was a good article and easy to follow. I read another article about binaural and mоnаurаl bеаtѕ, and isochronic tones, and I ended up more confused than I was informed. Now I have an understanding of what they are, the thinking behind the benefits, and I have a pretty good idea what will work for me; Thank you for taking the time to explain it in a way those of us without the benefit of a science or medical degree can grasp.

    A friend gave me a CD of what I guess are monaural bеаtѕ аnd іѕосhrоnіс tоnеѕ. she said it would relax me. It was a bit hard to get used to but if I have the sound low and more as background noise to my day to day life it is very relaxing. I found it amazing that sound could do this so I was doing some research and here I am. Really great website for us old guys.

    I just recently started to listen to different relaxation CDs. Some are just sounds while others are waves breaking on a beach, running brooks, birds, etc. They work, so I have been trying to figure out how. This was a big help to figuring some of the reasons. It also has provided me with some additional directions to go. Thank you.

    I would recommend to listen to instrumentals while resting or outside sounds. There are a lot of website that offer you to put together fire + rain + wind.. or whatever sound you like. This helps to free your mind.

    Also the best way to go to sleep. TV makes your mind keep working. Even while you’re in light sleep your mind will process what’s happening. With instrumental or outside sounds mind gets relaxed.
