    The first thing I read is that this diet could be good for insulin production in the body. That is a great thing to have regulated in your body and in the meantime, you are doing your body a favor.

      Terrance, To be honest I do suggest a specific diet. But not to drive any advertising. It is what i believe worked best for me. I believe in starting Low Carb then tighten up by going Ketogenic until you attain your desired Body Fat (note I did not say weight) then shift to a personalized Paleo lifestyle for the rest of your life.

    Having just heard about Ketogenic diets I thought it was the latest diet fad some quack came up with. I had no idea it dated back to the 1920s and that it can be attributed to the Jоhnѕ Hорkіnѕ Pеdіаtrіс Eріlерѕу Cеntеr. To say this changes my opinion is an understatement.

    I Googled “Crіtісаl Carbohydrate Level for Maintenance” because my personal trainer was harping on it. Had he of just said it was a component of the Atkins Diet I probably would have found this information a lot quicker. Thank you for taking the time to share this excellent and very informative post.

    I decided to diet – needed to diet – so I started to do some research. Man, there are a lot of diets, and many seem to contradict the advice of others. Obviously I have to look into this more, but on the upside being confused has result in me losing my appetite. Starvation is not the best diet I know, but it is working.
