    I was really surprised to read the title bulletproof coffee. This is a very new topic to me and I really enjoyed reading through. I don’t drink coffee but it’s good to have knowledge on this interesting coffee recipe.

    Great website, but this article is the best by far. I am printing it off to bring to my favorite cafe hangout. It’s a trendy coffee serving vegetarian sandwich place. The food is healthy but the coffee is the usual, with sugar or sweetener, and/or milk or cream. I bet they would love bulletproof-coffee.

      It helps very much with weight loss if you are on a very Low Carb Ketogenic diet. After being on that type of eating plan your body becomes “Fat Adapted” meaning your body burns fat as it’s primary fuel source and the fat your body uses first is your stores of body fat. On this style of eating you should consume as much as 70% of your calories from fat with about 20-25% protein and under 5% carbs. It is very difficult to consume that much fat so you resort to little gimmicks like Bullet Proof Coffee and Fat Bombs to help.

    I don’t drink energy drinks because they have way too much sugar in them. When I need a boost I turn to coffee but of course that can get old fast. The recipe sounds good and it will give me a boost I am sure. Gonna give it a try.

    I looked at the title and I was like – WHAT? I have never heard of this and it sounds crazy. Probably because for some foods and drinks I believe in original ingredients.

    But.. this looks something that could give me that kick of energy that I need from time to time.

    Wood one cup a day be good quantity with together regular coffee? ( ~4 cups of coffee together ).
