    Removing the bad kinds of sugar from my diet have given me a lot more energy. I prepare everything I eat freshly now. If I can’t make it myself, I won’t eat it. Never felt this good!

    I have always considered myself to be a pretty well informed individual. However, I thought there were only two types of sugar and both were to be avoided. I had no idea there were 3 and that some sugar is beneficial. Obviously I need to be doing more research as to what goes into my body. Thanks for your insight.

    I enjoyed reading this. Being only a little overweight I am going to remove sweets from my diet as much as possible and when not I will make sure I consume only good sugar. Hoping I can eat the same, consume fewer calories, and lose weight at the same time.

    I have removed most of bad sugars in my opinion for 2 years already. I drink colas/sprite/etc drinks only 1 – 2 per month… Almost don’t use snickers/etc bars anymore.

    One of the biggest removal was sugar in my morning coffee. I drink few cups a day and removed sugar from it and changed it with better quality coffee. If I want sugar in my coffee ( maybe few times a year ) I add brown sugar.

    I’m not saying to stop using sugar – you still need sugar, but I would suggest limit some items that usually contains sugar that you could live without.
