    I have always had an issue getting enough calcium and think that I should take supplements so that when I am older I do not start to fall apart. Thanks for that list, that is a good one to remember.

    A healthy diet is so important. With the age, my appetite grew smaller. I will look into buying supplements, there’s no way for me to eat enough of all of this.
