      I am 50 and I know that libido doesn’t have to be an issue if you stay in decent shape, eat and sleep right, and don’t have any unusual health problems. I am dating a cougar and she has no trouble with libido. Why? She eats right, sleeps well, and takes care of herself. Sure, there will be times when people over 60 may have an aging related problem or illness, but if you follow the above tips, you might be surprised how good your libido is. I haven’t had this much sex since I was a Scoutmaster (sorry for “The Naked Gun” reference). All kidding aside, don’t let lack of libido be an issue, even if you’re over 60.

    I’m at that age where reduced libido is supposed to be a normal occurrence but that doesn’t mean I have to accept it. I can not take Viagra or any such product because of high blood pressure, so I have to deal with this naturally. Thanks for the tips.

    Chili peppers and Ginseng may help when trying to lose weight as well. Watch out when you have issues with your heart, it may do harm!     Before taking supplements I would recommend to get rid of stress and make relationships good. I have felt this on myself.. a lot of stress at work and outside it brings no please or even need for sex. But when you’re not stressing anymore – everything is back in normal stage.

    Remember to moderate chilli/ herbs / libido supplements cause too much will be too much and you would not want to be brought to hospital in this scenario 🙂
